| Christopher is known for all his dedication and charisma that he puts into his work in helping people find the homes in which they can only dream about. Having been born into a family of Real Estate investors, it's been a primary concern for him that he won't be able to find a great investment for everyone. He has been aggressively active in the business for about five years and has a lifetime of experience. He has acquired his sales and broker's licenses and has a degree in finance degree. As the Broker for Premier National Group he is able to bring valuable resources, knowledge and experience into Premier National Group. He specializes in investment properties and is also greatly known for being diverse from his commendable involvement in various new development/construction, REO/ foreclosure properties, out of state and even properties overseas. With his close relationships to banks and lenders he is able to help all of his clients with their Real Estate financial planning. He has proven to have lifetime relationships with investment groups and an extensive range of networks. | Mike Chou |

Mike Chou has been involved with real estate and development his entire life. He comes from a family with a long history of real estate
investments throughout the United States and Asia, providing him invaluable opportunities in his career. His fluency in Mandarin and English
has allowed him to develop relationships throughout the world and help him educate and advise investors outside the local market on real estate
investment decisions.
He holds a Bachelors Degree in Finance from California State University of San Bernardino and is not only a Partner/Owner of Premier National
Group, but also a managing partner of Sagebush LLC which specializes in Trustee Auctions and other Real Estate investments.
In the past year, Mike has managed to raise an excess of $10 million in capital, supervised the closing of 50+ flipped properties purchased
through the trustee auctions, and personally closed 35+ REO/Traditional transactions which has grossed about $8 Million in total transaction
dollars to date. Mike has also helped continue the growth of the mortgage division and investment assets of Premier National Group. He is
now part of a few $10 Million+ REO transaction ventures. |

Mathew Takagaki has been on the PNG Investments Superior Auction team for five years and has purchased
numerous properties for countless investors with his expert knowledge in the bidding process. He has also
trained a number of PNG's newest bidder recruits. He is most knowledgeable in the Norwalk section of the
auctions. He is very passionate about Real Estate and dedicated to helping investors succeed!
